This Red Cross blended first aid program is a combination of in-class and online learning led by a certified Red Cross instructor. First aid theory is covered in the online instruction and skill development and theory application in the in-class instruction. This basic course offers an overview of first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for the workplace or home, meets legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards, and includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines. Ages 16+
