Waste Transfer Site
The Transfer Site will be closed Dec. 25 and 26, as well as Jan. 1. Apart from these holidays, the site is open seven days a week from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The last load is accepted at 3:15 p.m. Drop-offs are free for residents, excluding construction waste.
Reducing operational hours during low service periods is economical for the Town. Staff use vacation days or earned leave banks for closure days beyond statutory holidays.
Everyone at the Town of Banff wishes residents a happy, healthy and safe holiday season!
