A public hearing has been scheduled for Monday, April 25 at 2 p.m. at Banff Town Hall on Bylaw 359 - Land Use Bylaw Amendment - CA Accommodation District - Percentage of GFA for Accessory Uses in Service Stations.
Bylaw 359 would allow for Convenience Retail Store and Eating and Drinking Establishment uses at Service Stations to be of a larger relative scale than currently allowed in the CA land use district, provided that these accessory uses do not exceed 70% of the gross floor area of a service station building or buildings on a site.
