Bylaw 364 would authorize the Town to borrow up to $670,000 over a term of not more that 30 years, to purchase and transfer the lands at 221 Beaver Street.
If you have any comments for council regarding the proposed bylaw please email municipal.clerk@banff.ca. Comments will be included in the agenda package for council prior to second reading of the bylaw. The deadline for comments is noon, May 18, 2016.
Anyone wishing to file a petition to defeat this bylaw or require council to hold a public plebiscite must do so no later than 4:30 p.m. on Friday, May 20, 2016.
