The Town of Banff has made the following arrangements to ensure the continuity of customer service and business operations during potential disruption in postal services.
Most Town of Banff services are online. Online payments are accepted for some of these services, such as parking tickets, utility bills, tax payments and recreation programs.
Utility bills
- Pick up your third quarter bill (July 1 – September 30) from Banff Town Hall, 110 Bear Street.
- Email taxes.utilities@banff.ca or call 403.762.1230 to request your utility bill be emailed to you.
- If you are enrolled in the Preauthorized Utility Payment Program the payment will be withdrawn from your account on November 30.
- Preauthorized Utility Payment Program statements will continue to be sent in the mail. However, there may be a minor delay because of the disruption. Or have your statement emailed to you. Email taxes.utilities@banff.ca or call 403.762.1230 to request your statement be emailed to you.
- Payment deadline of November 30 applies.
Development Permit Notifications
- During the current Canada Post service disruption, notification for development permits will continue to be sent in the mail. However, there may be a minor delay because of the disruption.
