Bylaw 409 – Land Use Bylaw Amending Bylaw – Development Fees

Time of Hearing: 2 p.m.
Bylaw 409
The purpose of proposed Bylaw 409 is to update the Development Fees set out in Schedule “G” of the Land Use Bylaw.
Submitting Your Comments
A Public Hearing provides an opportunity for members of the public to provide feedback to Council on a proposed bylaw. Any member of the public may submit comments to Council at the public hearing, either in writing, in person or both.
Speak at the Meeting
To register in advance to speak, call 403.762.1209. Notices of verbal presentations received prior to 12 p.m. on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 will be included in the agenda. People who have registered in advance are heard first. At the meeting, you will have the option of having your name added to the list of speakers. Presentation time is limited to five minutes for each speaker.
Provide Written Comments
Digital written submissions are encouraged. Written submission received by 12 p.m. on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 will be included in the agenda package for the meeting. Written submissions received after this date but before the close of the public hearing will be provided to council at the public hearing. There is also a call for written submissions at the time of the public hearing. Send your written submissions to:
