Pedestrian Bridge closing for maintenance
The pedestrian bridge will be closed from June 14 to mid-July on weekdays for maintenance. Pedestrians and cyclists must detour to the Banff Avenue Bow River Bridge while the pedestrian bridge is closed. The pedestrian bridge will be open on weekends throughout the duration of the maintenance.
The Banff Farmer's Market is back
The Banff Farmer’s Market is back for the summer! The market operates out of the Central Park parking lot every Wednesday from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. Visit thebanfffarmersmarket.com to learn more, and to book reservations to avoid the queue. COVID-19 restrictions must be followed while visiting the market. Wear a mask, be kind, and be safe.
Recreation Grounds construction started
The Town of Banff’s premier outdoor recreational site is undergoing a multi-year renewal to better serve our community.
