Family Connections Play Space
Upstairs at the Catharine Robb Whyte Building, 101 Bear Street
The play space is for caregivers of young children aged 0 - 5, and provides a welcoming and warm space for families to enjoy. Free and open to all families of the Bow Valley. Settlement Services programs
Settlement Services support Permanent Residents, Live-in Caregivers, Refugees and Temporary Foreign Workers transitioning to permanent status who are living in the Bow Valley, no matter the length of time living in Canada. To view upcoming workshops, including a Canadian Citizenship Information Session, and a session on Rights, Responsibilities and Rules for Permanent Residents (offered in French and English), visit banff.ca/SettlementServices.
Santas Anonymous
If you live in Banff or Lake Louise and are in financial need this season, apply for Santas Anonymous. This group raises funds throughout the year to provide those in need with groceries during the holiday season. Visit

Keep holiday lights elk free
Living in a national park means taking care of our wildlife. If you’re hanging holiday lights this season, ensure to hang them more than 3 metres off the ground to ensure they don’t end up tangled in an elk’s antlers.
