Learn about submitting your taxes, how to receive
rebates, credits & benefits, even if you had low or no
income. These sessions are for foreign workers,
permanent residents, and Canadian citizens.

Skill Building for Immigrant Parents
Tuesday, February 22, 6 – 7:30 p.m.
Learn how your child moves from grade to grade and
graduates from high school in Alberta.

Town Hall Services

Town Hall in-person services are available 8:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. and 1 – 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday, for in-person services such as: bill payments (e.g. taxes, utilities, pet licenses, tickets); Lost & Found; recreation program registrations; Banff Access Card applications; development permits and other forms and applications; and Resident Parking Passes.

COVID Changes

The Alberta Government removed the Restriction Exemption Program (REP) requiring proof of vaccination in businesses and facilities like The Fenlands Banff Recreation Centre. Screening for COVID symptoms will be required to enter Town programs. Details: banff.ca/COVID.

Vaccinations

Vaccinations are critical to lifting more restrictions and preventing hospitalization or death from COVID. Everyone 5 years old and older are urged to become fully vaccinated.

Visit banff.ca/COVIDhelp for Banff locations for vaccinations. The Banff Community Health Centre and local pharmacies are distributing rapid tests as supplies become available. Email help@banff.ca for questions about support services.
