COVID Changes
The Alberta Government has removed the majority of COVID-19 restrictions as of March 1, as part of Step 2 of the reopening plan. Masks will still be required in high-risk settings, such as public transit and continuing care settings. An isolation period is still necessary for positive COVID-19 cases.
Vaccinations
Vaccinations are critical to lifting more restrictions and preventing hospitalization or death from COVID. Everyone 5 years old and older are urged to become fully vaccinated.
