The Banff Farmers Market is back! Stop by the Central Park parking lot on Wednesdays from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. to shop local artisans, produce, and more! New this year, it will be taking place in the east side of the Central Park parking lot. Learn more about the market at TheBanffFarmersMarket.com.

Community Funding Grants

Do you have a great community project idea? Registered Banff non-profits, and informal groups from Banff & Lake Louise can apply for grants that enhance the quality of life of residents, and strengthens social well-being. MountainLIFE Adventure Courses

Connect, explore and play in Banff’s MountainLIFE programs. This program is designed for adults aged 31+ who want to connect with their peers, get outdoors and enjoy mountain life to the fullest. Learn to climb, glacier travel skills, try a via feratta route, and more! Find dates and all courses at banff.ca/MountainLIFE.


Tourism survey for Banff National Park residents

Complete this community survey and assist Parks Canada, Banff & Lake Louise Tourism, and the Town of Banff develop a 10-year Tourism Masterplan. Help set the direction for the future of sustainable tourism in our area. This survey is anonymous, and for those aged 18+. Complete the survey before June 3, and enter a draw to win a $500 gift card. Learn more at TourismTogether.ca.

BanffLIFE Basecamp

Tuesdays, June 14 & 21, 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. 

BanffLIFE Basecamp is a drop-in social program for young adults between the ages of 18 and 30. This is the best place in town to hang out with friends in a welcoming space that is inclusive to all. Meet and connect with new or longtime locals, play games such as table tennis, billiards, foosball, board games and more! You can also enjoy affordable meals, including Japanese specialties like ramen and sushi. To learn more,

Community table lunch

Wednesdays, 12 – 1 p.m.

Let’s eat together again. Connect with your community. Enjoy a delicious lunch 
of homemade soup, salad, and tea or coffee. $3 suggested donation. Lunches are hosted at the Catharine Robb Whyte Building, 101 Bear Street. All are welcome. 

Try-it Sports - Canoeing

Tuesday, June 21

In this short introductory session, local experts will teach you how to launch a canoe, basic paddle strokes, rescue techniques and more. Open to all genders and abilities. All equipment and instruction is included with registration. To learn more, visit banff.ca/TryIt.

Hike with MountainLIFE

Come on a guided day hike and join other locals for a fun and social day of hiking. Hikes include C-Level Cirque, Stanley Glacier, and more! MountainLIFE programs are for those aged 31+. For more information, visit banff.ca/MountainLIFE.
