Postive Ways to Parent Sessions
Mondays, January 16 – February 6, Online Zoom sessions, 6 – 7 p.m.
Learn about positive ways to parent in this four session program. Topics will cover cross cultural parenting, managing stress in challenging times, routines and boundaries, and healthy parent and child relationships. MountainLIFE Ice Climbing Weekend
February 4 & 5
In this two-day overnight course you will learn the basics of ice climbing with the help of an ACMG certified guide in a small group setting. Experience two amazing days of learning, fun and adventure! Spend a night on the scenic Icefields Parkway at Rampart Creek, and experience two different ice climbing venues.
