Postive Ways to Parent Sessions
Mondays, January 16 – February 6, Online Zoom sessions, 6 – 7 p.m.
Learn about positive ways to parent in this four-session program. Topics will cover cross cultural-parenting, managing stress in challenging times, routines and boundaries, and healthy parent and child relationships. Circle of Security Parenting Program

Do you have children 6 years old and under? The Circle of Security Parenting program is derived from attachment-based research on how secure parent-child relationships can be supported and strengthened. This program will help you understand your child's emotional needs, ability to manage emotions, development of self-esteem, and more. Free and open to all Bow Valley families.
