Positive Ways to Parent Sessions
Mondays, running until February 6, Online Zoom sessions, 6 – 7 p.m.
Learn about positive ways to parent in this four-session program. Topics will cover cross-cultural parenting, managing stress in challenging times, routines and boundaries, and healthy parent and child relationships. Who can we trust? Where can we find reliable financial resources? Learn from guest speaker Constable Frenette, from the Banff RCMP detachment, the most common investment fraud strategies and tactics, and the red flags you should look for. Circle of Security Parenting Program
Six-week program, 10 - 11:30 a.m., starting Tuesday, January 31
Do you have children 6 years old and under? The Circle of Security Parenting program is derived from attachment-based research on how secure parent-child relationships can be supported and strengthened. This program will help you understand your child's emotional needs, ability to manage emotions, development of self-esteem, and more. Free and open to all Bow Valley families.
