    Six Canadian and International teams compete for prizes as a part of the first SnowDays International Snow Sculpture Competition! Come to watch the creation on the sculptures on January 17th - 19th or see the finished products at the Snow Sculpture Street Party in the evening of January 19th or for the remainder of the SnowDays Festival.

  3. Drawn to Nature

    January 18, 2019, 7:00 PM @ Whyte Museum of the Canadian Rockies

    Sketch and draw at Banff Centre’s ongoing beginner-level drawing workshops, led by artist Janice Tanton. Registration for all Drawn to Nature classes is completed online through individual event pages. All Drawn to Nature events will be listed on Banff Centre's Event Calendar.

    Drop-in Public Skating is open to everyone. It's held Monday through Friday, 12-1:30 p.m., excluding stat holidays. Helmets recommended.

  2. Drop-in Public Swimming

    January 18, 2019, 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM @ Sally Borden Building, Banff Centre

    The Sally Borden Building at the Banff Centre is home to a 25-metre pool, hot tub, wading pool and steam room. Lifejackets are provided at no charge. You can rent towels, purchase swim diapers and other aquatic accessories. Public swimming is supported in part by the Town of Banff. Pool schedules are subject to change.   3. Get Out Drop-in Sports Night

    January 18, 2019, 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM @ Banff Community High School

    Get Out drop-in sports night offers a fun, safe space for youth to play a variety of non-competitive sports. Youth get to help set the night’s agenda, choosing their sports and activities or simply just hanging out. Snacks, beverages and small giveaways are included. For Grades 7-10.
