  3. 55+ Monday Lunch

    Join us every Monday at noon. The first and third Monday Lunch is at a local restaurant and cost is standard menu pricing. The second and fourth Monday Lunch is served at 101 Bear Street in the Pioneer Room and costs $7.50. No registration is required. Call 403.762.1251 for restaurant locations. For ages 55+.

  6. The Basement – Youth Drop-in, Grades 5-6

    October 21, 2019, 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM @ Banff Canmore Community Foundation

    The Basement is a youth drop-in space at the Banff Canmore Community Foundation. It’s a place where youth can hang out, play games, do homework, work on art projects, create music or just socialize. There are board games, foosball, a shuffleboard table, guitars and keyboard, books, WiFi and even a popcorn machine. There will also be weekly activities like rock climbing, skateboarding, bowling and more. Healthy snacks available. Check out the monthly schedule at banff.ca/thebasement.   7. Drop-in Public Swimming

    October 21, 2019, 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM @ Sally Borden Building, Banff Centre

    The Sally Borden Building at the Banff Centre is home to a 25-metre pool, hot tub, wading pool and steam room. Lifejackets are provided at no charge. You can rent towels, purchase swim diapers and other aquatic accessories. Public swimming is supported in part by the Town of Banff. Pool schedules are subject to change.     This class is for all ability levels. It features mostly traditional yin postures with some flow to help warm up our body. Whether it’s your first time or if you continue to deepen your practice, you will leave this class feeling relaxed and reconnected to your mind and breath. All levels welcome. Yoga mats and props are available for use. Ages 16+.

  11. Drop-in Kick Volleyball and Table Tennis

    Sepak Takraw, or Kick Volleyball, is a popular sport native to Southeast Asia. Played by two teams, a ball is volleyed back and forth over a net using on only your feet, knees, chest or head. All skill levels welcome. For ages 16+. We also have table tennis set up at this event.
