Basic course offering lifesaving first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for the workplace or home. Course meets legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards and includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines.

Eight-hour re-certification of current Standard First Aid CPR C /AED for those whose certification is due to expire. This course must be taken prior to certification expiry date, otherwise you will be required to take the full program again. This is mandated by the Canadian Red Cross.

Comprehensive 16 hour course offering first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who need training due to work requirements or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at work or home.
